All quotations reflects only the works listed. Any other works required not listed or changed during construction will require a site instruction, and further charges will apply.

All measures are taken to prevent cracking to concrete. this includes correct base preparations, plastic laid before concrete placement, correct reinforcement, control joints cut to regulations, and planning pours around desirable weather conditions. This is our mandatory approach for laying concrete and therefore do not take responsibility for cracking to concrete outside our control measures. This will need to be taken up with the concrete supplier.

For our works to commence, a 50% deposit will be required and progress payments are required throughout the construction. Work will cease until these prerequisites are met. Full payment must be made on the day of completion.

All quotations are valid for strictly 14 days. Prices may be subject to change if acceptance outside this period is made.
